Olympia Magazine

A printed quarterly, posted to you

Four times a year we would collect the quarter’s software guides and worked scenarios into one printed issue and post it out. No login, no feed, no notifications — something you can read away from a screen and leave on a desk.

See what is in it

Nothing has been printed yet. This is an interest list, not an order form. There is no price, no first-issue date and no payment taken — joining it only means we will email you if and when an issue is actually printed. Everything in the issue below is free to read online today.

Why print, when it is all online

Because the person who signs the software invoices is usually not the person reading infrastructure blogs. A printed issue reaches a desk without needing anyone to search for us first, and it is read in the one context where comparing what you pay against what you could pay is a calm decision rather than an interruption.

It is marketing. We would rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise. What is in it is the same material we publish free, written to the same rule as everything else on this site: every figure is either our own published price or is labeled as an estimate, and we do not print other vendors’ per-seat prices — we tell you to look at your own invoice.
